as an acute attack often coming on overnight. Within 12-24 hours there is severe

Without treatment the attack subsides in a week, however it is important to consult
your family doctor to prevent long term arthritic change in the joint.
Treatment of this condition usually consists taking one or two tablets a day for
at least several months.

beef and larger pieces of meat usually roasted in the oven, Brains, kidneys, liver
& heart (offal), Shelifish such as pauas, pipis, mussels, oysters and sea eggs, Peas
